As you can see every 10 seconds the schedular is performing a policy refresh

      The computer is

           - Win 2003 R2  SP2 x86 fully patched (Virtual machine on Hyper-V 2008 R2 x64)

           - Agent 4.5.0.1499

           - VirusScan 8.7i patch 4

Also the machine is running Mircosoft ISA 2010 ( or Threat Management Gateway as it's now known by) but a ISA policy rule is in place to allow ALL traffic to and from the EPO server so DAT updates and reporting work fine.

The EPO policy it uses is an inherited global policy on all machines for an 30 minute scheduled policy refresh which works with no problem on all other desktops, laptops and servers (including 2 other ISA 2000 servers)

Also i've done the usual remove and re-install with not effect.

      Any ideas or suggestions?
