EEFF 3.2.5 and Local Disk drives.

I have a few computers that once EEFF 3.2.5 (using EERM only) is loaded the software is trying to enforce policy on secondary disks in the system that are connected to IDE controllers or in another case SATA controllers. Anybody run across this?

Here is an excerpt of the diagnostics for one of the IDE drives in question.
