Programmatically check onDemandScanLog.txt if virus has been cleaned

      Hi,

I am bus writing a small application to scan a USB drive for viruses and then eject the drive if a virus was found.

As it does not explicitly specify in the onDemandScanlog.txt that all virses has been cleaned I have made the following deductions:

11/15/2010 9:02:49 AM Scan Summary MyPC\Administrator Boot sectors detected: 0  number of bootsectors infected
11/15/2010 9:02:49 AM Scan Summary MyPC\Administrator Boot sectors cleaned : 0   number of bootsectors cleaned
      11/15/2010 9:02:49 AM Scan Summary MyPC\Administrator Files scanned        : 38
11/15/2010 9:02:49 AM Scan Summary MyPC\Administrator Files with detections: 0    This is the number of files that has been infected?
11/15/2010 9:02:49 AM Scan Summary MyPC\Administrator File detections      : 0        This is the number os viruses found?
11/15/2010 9:02:49 AM Scan Summary MyPC\Administrator Files cleaned        : 0        Number of Viruses cleaned?
11/15/2010 9:02:49 AM Scan Summary MyPC\Administrator Files deleted        : 0        This is the number file deleted?

The colour coded sections must equal each other. eg. if File Detections are 2 and Files Cleaned are 2 then all viruses has been cleaned but,

if File Detections are 2 and  Files Cleaned 1 then there is still 1 virus on the USB Drive.

Can someone tell me if my assumption is correct or give me a better way to check.

      Thanks
