As far as I know this is a default action by SecurityCenter but you might want to consult Technical Support Chat to see what can be done if anything.
Linked under 'Useful Links' above.
There's also a long thread about this issue here: https://community.mcafee.com/thread/18023?start=0&tstart=0 where I unsuccessfully tried to get answers through my contacts at McAfee.
No I guess you have got a wrong information, please open Internet Explorer> Click on Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Click on Reset> Click Ok to proceed and close it, reopen the browser and check the status.

I've tried that Reset option already. Didn't help.
Also, I tried te Live Chat and let one of the techs take control of my computer to work on it and they couldn't figure it out either. Crazy!
I'm raising this again at our weekly conference call at 4pm Monday EST as it was never really answered for previous posters.
By the way, I just realised that my other browser, Firefox 3.6.12, is using TLS 1.0 quite happily with no action from McAfee turning it off. I suggest you try that as your default browser.
I use it with some customizations and in many ways find it better than Internet Explorer. The only disadvantage I can see is that one can't move toolbars by dragging and dropping, only turn them on or off, and no Windows bookmarks per se, as in Windows Favorites (it has its own).

Yes, I noticed that as well...Firefox is not affected. However, some of the programs I use for the DoD require IE.
Let's see what the people at McAfee say on our call on Monday.
If I recall it was an issue that they knew about but way down the totem poll as far as perceived importance, so whether or not it ever gets solved is anyone's guess.
I'll do my best.
I am not seeing any of this problem TLS 1.0 As a matter of fact my dell Inspiron E1500 is running just fine. I am using IE7, windows xp , the last update came in last week which gives me 10.5.216. I really think you all have working very for us and I for one thankyou, I have used McAfee for years and I do intend to keep my subscription when it comes due.
