Hi, I have EPO 4.5 and VirusScan Enterprise 8.7I (but I guess you knew that by the title of this thread)
I have installed the agent to Windows 7 Professional laptops, the Policies show and the DAT's update correctly.
I have also set up a weekly scan, the same as I have for XP machines.
When I look at the log, the scan does not run due to " Authentication failure"
I believe this is something to do with UAC and saw one article that says I need to turn off UAC.
Is there any way I can get this scan to work without turning off UAC?
