Was the original ePO 4.0 a clean install or also an upgrade from a older version?
This problem seems to be releated to SQL, so it would be helpfull to know if the database is a 2005 database or just running on compatibillty mode with SQL 2000.
"I have a problem to navigate on the ePO console".
Do you have these problems within the Query and Dashboard part of ePO?
If so, this could mean that the reporting extensions of some of the used products are no longer working correctly.
All parts of ePO, Queries, Dashboards, System Tree and also Server Tasks logs.
Do you believe that this problem is because reporting extension malfunctions ?
If you only had these problems within the Dashboard and Query part, then yes, but as that is not the case we need to look at the DB itself.
Do you have a SQL Maintenance Plan active on the database?
Please make sure that this is configured as recommended by McAfee and if posible run this plan also.
The McAfee recommended maintenance plan can be found here:
Could you also let us know if the SQL connection is setup with a SQL or Windows account?
This information can be found within the https:\\localhost:8443\core\config page on the ePO server.
SQL connection is setup with sa account.
Did you also run the maintenance plan?
Could you also verify that you are using SQL 2005 Enterprise edition?
Note that Sql 2005 is a requirement for ePO 4.5
This error looks like it might be in relation to the abilty to scroll views in ePO 4.5 which was not possible in ePO 4.0
