Scan 1 finds a vulnerability and a ticket is created.
Scan 2 scans the same system and the vulnerability is no longer there so the ticket is automatically closed.
Hi Jeffrey thanks to answer.
you says, vulnerability is no longer exist there ticket is automatically closed.
But my clinet FS doesn't work do that.
I check the auto-closed ticket and I manually click th verify.
FS recheck the vulnerability and then status is changing still vulnerable.
It means vulnerability was not disapear. So why the ticket is changed "auto-closed"?
Is this condition needs to technical "case open"?
