ePolicy Orchstrator 4.5.0 Patch 3 Won't Authenticate to SQL Server 2005

We are in the process of upgrading servers and going from Windows Server 2003 to Server 2008 R2.  I am trying to install ePolicy Orchestrator 4.5.0 Patch 3 on the new server.  I have SQL 2005 Express installed and when I come to the part that asks to my Database Server credentials, it tells me the "database user specified does not appear to have sufficient rights."

However, I am logged with the domain administrator account and that is the account I am trying to use as credentials to attach to the database.  I can SQL Server 2005 Management Studio using Windows Authentication when I am logged in as the domain Administrator and it works just fine.  I am stumped!

Here is a screen shot showing my settings (Domain is blurred out ) and the error I am getting:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
