These are the information about McAfee installed in my machine.
McAfee Personal Firewall v11.5
McAfee Security Center v10.5
McAfee Virus Scan v14.5
Lately, I have been getting this pop up message from McAfee Security Center. It says McAfee detected a program on your PC that is trying to accept incoming connections from the Internet. Protect your PC by only allowing Internet access for programs you trust. The program is Google Chrome. If I block it, and close Google Chrome, the next time I restart it, it gives me the error message "Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error."
This has never happened before. Could it be an attempt to hack my computer?
My laptop: Windows Vista 32 bit Home Premium
Typically, McAfee Personal Firewall will prompt you to accept or refuse an application's attempt to access the Internet. If an application does not have a rule allowing it to access the Internet, your Personal Firewall will block the application to protect your computer, please check whether Google chrome has been given full access in your program permission list;

Thanks, Dinesh, I figured out, it's not harmful to allow Google Chrome to access the internet, if not the browser wouldn't work. I was just being careful in case any trojan/virus was behind this.
