DNS or firewall problem on that client? Check connection with telnet test to database server on port 5555:
telnet yourdatabaseserver 5555
there no issue with dns wins etc..
manager reponse to ping from client..
telnettest everything work sucessfully..
tried to force sync from manager also failed..
i believe when mee client failed to load the system configuration it's somehow failed to connect to datbase..
and no log as well
please check my screen shot..if you can see the last log is on july 3 month ago
any idea? on this mee client issue..
not sure if eboot can repair this issue..

Can you send whole SbClientLog.txt (zip it first)?
What is the content of client's SDMCFG.INI file?
It's telling you there was an error connecting to the DB - You need to fix that problem first I think.
the db issue log 3 month ago.. and no latest or new log after that..
how to fix this
the machine is offline now - night
i will work with the user tommorow morning..
is there any that i need to check
is copy SDMCFG.INI from other machines can fix this..
i check with wintech disk information is ok, drive is encrypted,
because client issue..
- cannot contact to database
- and sbfs update also failed as in screen shot no disk information shown..
i did reinstall with a good package but no luck..
network dns everything work fine
SDMCFG.INI everthing same as other machine..
No luck and i'm decrypting the disk now...
i still could not find out why the agent failed to works from July..
