Make sure your user object is not being accessed by some other application (EEM) and is currently left with properties or audit files displayed.
Typical case is when the same user is being used to login to EEM and is sitting at EEM login screen on some other PC.
I don't know what EEM is. I have only 1 machine where I log into. I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and started getting this issue. Is there any other workaround?
Can you zip and post SbClientLog.txt file?
You should contact your IT department, it's going to be impossible to do anything without their help anyway.
