both would meet your requirement - the EERM options in EEFF (Removable Media) allow sharing with non-estate machines.
the McAfee sticks are a lot simpler though - especially if you get the zero footprint bio ones. Then you don't even have to install software.

One thing, could the enforcing of passwords of EERM devices be managed by us (through ePO) and not the end user? The worry would be that people would just use their domain password when setting it and then giving that password to clients to allow them get the data off the key, not ideal
