Why did you create new thread for the same topic?
Most likely it won't work as the new version will be from a different ePO system.
Even from the same system, installation on top might not be possible or give you trouble.
the other thread i closed....dont know how to reply. so i created the new one.
so you mean only EEtech s the only soultion ?
What is exactly that expiry message? Which component license expired? ePO or EEPCv6?
eepc is expired, not able to apply the policy to remove the encryption.
Which exact version do you have installed?
exact version am not sure.....i ll get you by tomorrow.
I think the version is 6.0, it is installed and managed through the ePO.
The last policy update is on 6-july-2010.
The EEPC version is 6.0.1 tried to push the licensed one over the demo, but no luck.
can you confirm what you mean by "Demo" version? Was it a beta version you were using? If so, I don't believe there is any solution - the instructions say to remove it prior to the expiry, or use it on non-production hardware.
It is not a beta, but a evaluation license(valid for only 30 days).
Am trying EEtech recovery but not able to create a standalone disc.
