Whatever browser you are using as default check your Internet Explorer settings. You should NOT be using the 64-bit version of I.E. Only the 32-bit version should ever be made the default. In I.E. 32-bit version turn off Content Advisor under Tools/Internet Options/Content. Then got to your Advanced tab and click "Reset" and click Apply and OK any prompts.
Close and reopen the browser.
Go to Tools/Manage Add-ons and re-enable the add-ons.
I'm using Firefox. But I will try with IE.

You should still be able to have Firefox as default but those IE settings are important anyway as the UI on your screen utilizes IE.
