Could you please provide us with the version details of your McAfee programs.
Also check if we have an add in for itunes under the add-in manager (If so try disabling that and check the status)

I did have the iTunes Outlook Addin under the COM Add-Ins but I removed it some time ago. As a test I re-installed the latest iTunes and the COMS add-in reappeared as expected. So, I disabled it but Outlook still crashes on exit.
Under the Add-In Manager I have:
Fax Server Extension
I disabled all but the McAfee one but it still crashes on exit.
I also had MobileMe and an iPhone utility installed on my PC so I removed them as I don't use them. Made no difference.
The version of McAfee products installed are:
SecurityCenter: version 10.5 build 10.5.195
VirusScan: version 14.5 build 14.5.113
Personal Firewall: version 11.5 build 11.5.135
Anti-Spam: version 11.5 build 11.5.131
Parental Controls: version 12.5 build 12.5.111

Just like to let you know a newer version of SecurityCenter was installed - it's now 10.5.204. Problem still persists though.
I had been having an Outlook issue as well, but never made a connection to Mcafee, but anything is possible.
You should try using the MS Inbox Repair tool, and see if that helps... It resolved my issue.

Yes, in my case, errors were found.
