A 3 years OEM of Securitycenter came with my Dell computer, however due to recent troubles I've had to use the Dell factory restore to restore its factory image. However, since then I've forgotten the password I used to log in to my account, so I can't activate my subscription.
I've repeatedly tried to retrieve the password using the retrieve password function at the login screen, and it keeps on saying an email has been sent to my gmail inbox, but there's no such email at all either in my inbox or spam. I'm perfectly able to receive automated emails from customer support and McAfee communities, so it's not going into my spam.
Could someone help me? I have the support code and Dell tag if necessary.
