I guess you decrypted more than you should have, or you used the wrong key to decrypt it.
What does the partition boot sector look like now? Rubbished, or does it look valid?

just open it in the workspace and see if it looks encrypted or not - If it's in plain text it should have recognizable byte sequences and strings in in.
Because you used the "force" method, WinTech did not pay any attention to the information on the disk itself - it just did what you told it to do.

I force decrypt the hdd from sector 63 with sector count 83554064
I think you'd be better off then getting some professional help - McAfee Services, or getting some SafeTech training? Sector 63 is usually the partition boot sector though.

most likely it's corrupted beyond normal help at this time - if your company has Platinum support, they may be willing to help you out, but usually recovering from this kind of mess is a consultancy project. I would contact your McAfee account manager, confess everything you've done, and see if they are willing to help you out.
Also, consider using test machines (ideally virtual) to get familiar with new product and different recovery procedures. Then use some real hardware. For few pilot production systems, consider having recent backups, just in case.
Read up on best practices guides, before you start (even testing).
