According to what I have found using a Google search this is the result of fake antimalware not a virus. Always be careful what you click on or download and always keep Windows totally up to date.
Malwarebytes is apparently effective against this but to prevent the malware interfering with it try booting first to Safe Mode with Networking by tapping F8 repeatedly while booting up and choosing it on the subsequent menu.
It's usually the 2nd on the list.
In that mode go to THIS link and download the free version, then update it and run it - all in that mode. Let it remove everything it finds and reboot if asked to.
Malwarebytes found a problem but could not (did not) repair it.
Shouldn't McAfee be able to handle spyware or trojan attacks?
Have you tried running MBAM or even McAfee in Safe Mode and I'm assuming you updated before running? MBAM runs normally, VirusScan would have to be run from the taskbar icon (right-click and then select 'Rin a Scan'.
No antivirus catches everything unfortunately, that's where these more specialised tools come in handy.
If you know the location of the infection try submitting it to McAfee to see what they say about. They may issue an update to cover it.
I should have pointed out some required reading earlier on HERE.
Rather than resort to paid virus removal you may wish to run Jijackthis and post a log on one of the following forums for expert advice:
Do not post Hijackthis logs here, we can't help with those!
