THis is my first time here and I'm hoping for help. McAfee customer service Chat was no help. My PC ran a Mcafee update and needed a reboot this AM.. I was running fine until I rebooted. Now I get the Blue Screen of death. It gives a driver IRQL error. I can only boot in basic safe mode. I run WIndows 7 64 bit on a Dell Intel-I7. Mcafee told me that some of their customers are having an issue and they MAY have a fix in 2 weeks!! I'm sure some of you have had this problem- is there any known fix?
