    APPCRASH during Install.exe_McAfee

I have been having a TON of issues with my computer lately. It's been freezing every time I click absolutely ANY icon, and no matter what I try to install, I get weird errors or things freeze or crash without any warning. And it only started happening recently. I ran a few other types of programs that found a large amount of trojans and other viruses, ran McAfee Free Scan (had to do ALL these things in safe mode since everything freezes if I'm not in safe mode) and it found what I have attached. The solution was to download some DAT files, which I can't really do seeing as though McAfee isn't even installed, and those files would have no program to work with. So, I start installing McAfee, and right when it hits "CHECKING SOFTWARE", it gives me one of those basic Windows Error Messages. Here's the details.

Nothing else I've tried to install will install outside safe mode, and when I try to install anything IN safe mode, it tells me that it can't install due to some C++ runtime error or that it needs to be out of safe mode to install, which of course, is impossible. I'm about ready to explode because of this. Someone help!
