Open ePO in IE with "run as admin" and see.
No such luck, still having the same issue after opening "run as admin." Are there any other takers? Thanks.
Which browser you are using? Try opening either in IE 7.0 or 8.0.
It's more of a browser issue than product!

you have to use explorer x32 not 64bit
If your running windows 2008 server disable uac, other thing to check is security settings in IE as it needs active x enabled
Just for the record and the benefit of anyone else attempting this, the post to launch the browser using "run as" was of assistance.
If you are working in a single-sign on environment and you use a privileged account to run your ePO console you need to use that account to install the DLP components on your PC. This allows the DLP Policy to load.
Launching the DLP monitor warns that it can not find the WCF services. I made an assumption that the WCF services were only required on the server, If anyone can enlighten me it would be welcomed.
The good news though is that once the DLP components are installed you can run your browser using your normal account and login to the ePO console with the privileged account.
Just for everyones edification, I called McAfee support on this isssue and found that DLP 9 is not supported under an x64 OS. I rebuilt the server to x86 and there were no more problems.
It works even with an 64 bit OS , Got W2K8 64, Just disable the Internet Enhanced mode (can ask google but in srv manager in the right, click CONFIGURE IS ESC, disable for admin.) , reopen it and it will ask you to install DLP plugin.
since that no problem for me
It´s very easy. The solution is: Open Internet Explorer in tools (Alt+X) -----Internet Option----- Advanced----Remove check say Do not save encrypted pages to disk
Without option, the DPL open without problems.
