This bug frustrates me. When I'm logging calls through the Platinum Portal, if I hit "enter" in the field, the system starts attempting to log the call. I think it also creates a "ghost" call... ie, a fairly blank, but open call in the system.
This is logging the call through Firefox. Haven't tried IE.
As indicated earlier - this is a VERY frustrating bug. Human nature is to use line spacing etc when writing text, so I frequently run into it.
Any ideas on when/if this will be fixed?
Thank you for reporting the issue. I have confirmed the issue with Firefox 3.6.8, and have also confirmed that Internet Explorer 7 works as expected, so for now, please use Internet Explorer.
I have reported this issue to the relevant Dev team and it will be addressed in a future site release.
