Invalid Token and Default password has been used

I am having issues with invalid token again.  User can log into the pre-boot screen and use the laptop without issue.  Log off an shut down the laptop and try to login the next day and receives invalid token.  Yes I have asked the user if they had cap lock on or if they put their password in wrong.  the user I am working with now can log into his workstation without issue.  So I reset the token and have the a PC tech login and synch with EEM and then try to have the user login afterwards with their user ID and the default password, they receive the message the default password has been used.   I have also seen this issue after recreating the token.  To correct the issue, I will delete the user from EEM and import the user back in, have the tech login and synch with EEM and then the user can log into the pre-boot screen and use the default password, answer the security questions and then they can access their laptop after login to the network.  Any suggestions?

      Thanks in advance Mike.
