Safeboot HTTP Server service keeps stopping

    redbaron51

      Hi all,

We have just upgraded from safeboot 5.1.6.0 (5400) to 5.2.5.8 (5400). Everything seems to working okay but i have just noticed that Safeboot HTTP Server service keeps stopping whenever the helpdesk guys try to login ( I have configured the service to restart automatically upon failure)

      The entry on eventvwr is:

      Source: Service Control Manager

      EventId: 7031

      Desc: Event Type:
The SafeBoot HTTP Server service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 1 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

I have enabled loggin on Sbhttp.ini but it does not sound much helpful really
