Is that the exact message you are getting? It's not one I recognize. Are you authenticating to SBFS, or to a database export?
I got the root cause.
we were using disabled machines .sdb file.
scenario is below.
Off line installation. Drive are encrypted. version 5.2.3
noramlly we copy the .sdb file from client manually as this is offline installation. and than import the sdb file on EEM.
but somehow importing of sdb file is missed and now machine is down because of os issue. PBA screen is also not there.
is there any chance to recover the data ???

it depends on what the problem with the machine is of course.
Nothing that requires an offline copy of the key is going to work though - so if the local SBFS is broken, no, there's no chance unless you can guess the key.
