    Can't activate subscription and can't start support chat!

      I'm running out of ideas here. I have 1 open license on my subscription left but when I click the "reactivate" button, all it does is pop open a page on the mcaffee site that says : ""We’re sorry, the page you requested cannot be found". The virtual tech shows no issues and  when I try to start a support chat session, after I fill in my request details and click the "Chat" button, it simply pops open a new browser window to start the chat session request again. I have tried this three times and gotten three different support case ID Numbers but no chat session.

       

      I have tried this using IE and Chrome. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit on my PC and Windows 7 32 bit on my laptop and in both cases I cannot open a chat session. I'm on Verizon FIOS at home.
