what makes you think there's a password change waiting to be downloaded from EEM?
Password changes? Do you mean that you want EEPC SSO to work properly?
Please describe exact sequence of events that leads to observed failure.
(also provide SSO related configuration parameters that you currently use)
Yes, the user changed the password.
After users changed password, the SSO stoped to work.
From Manager I created the token, but the new token did not arrive to machine.
Did not occure error message in the clinent log, the machine has syn without problems.
Please see that I created the token three times, and only one time the password works. I also reset the token one time
but the machine has not received the updates.
delete the userID from your DB and create a new one, assign it to the machine in the EEM , then sync from the client machine
Do you have multiple "SbGina.ini" defined in any EEM file sets that you sync with client?
This problem happen with many user. I need to undetand the reason of this problem.
29/6/2010 12:11:48 Updating database token data with local changes for user (ID=000002c4)
indicates the token moved from the local machine up to the db.
I think you are probably not editing the SSO details for a user who is assigned to this machine - try again, but make sure the user is really assigned to the machine.
Yes, the sbgina was duplicaed (but the both has the same content). Now i correct only one sbgina.
Another important point is, when the machine receive the updates(password), this password is not the same that I define in EEM.
I don´t know what is the correct password.
change it again to something you know then.
Are you sure the problem isnt that you are setting the password with one keyboard layout selected, then entering it in the pre-boot with a different layout? Like US/French for example (a, z etc move around)
