Not sure- but currently the KB is down.
I can download the file- but I logon to the UK region (check in the address bar) which may be different.
Have you tried another version - 7.0.1 to see if its that particular version or the whole site?
I login to the UK region too, so that shouldn't make a difference. I tried other versions and get the same problem.

If you can see it then it suggests that your portal account appears OK.
Can you download any other product from the portal thats not GSE?
I tried other downloads and some worked, some didn't. Decided that it might be some glitch with the Watchguard Firebox and pointed my machine out on a different Router. I was then able to download successfully.
