Security Center Special Edition from AOL- W 7 (64bit) will not install

I am an AOL user. I had, on my old laptop, the MacAfee Security  Center Special Edition for AOL. My old laptop's O/S was W XP. I have  purchased a new Laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium and have been  trying to install the security center's software without success.
I contacted via Live Chat, a MacAfee tech, Sahad and he went through my  computer to find out what might be the problem. His conclusion was that  MacAfee has not yet formulated software compatible with my 64 bit system  and W 7.
      Hardware is:
      Toshiba 505-s6030
      Intel i7 cpu
      4gb RAM
      500gb Hard drive

When I begin installing the software (DMSetup-serial) I receive a error  window informing me that the software has stopped installing with a  radial button "Details" which reveals this error log:

I am given a choice to find a solution on the Internet however when I click on that option the window closes and nothing comes up after that. No internet browser window opens, the error window simply closes.

Is this an issue of incompatibility with Windows 7 or is there a  conflick with other software?

I need to protect my new computer soon. Although I would like to use the  Security Center - a very good and very through program, is there  another MacAfee program that is stable for Windows 7?
Thanks for any insight and help on this issue.
