Have you tried searching our KB? If this is truly urgent, you may want to create a Service Request.
There are a number of things that need clarifying, most importantly
- When did this error start occuring? / what was changed before this error started happening?
- Was VSE 8.7i freshly installed or upgraded from an older version?
- Can you start up in safe mode at all?
