It has been my experience with an issue such as yours they will go in and adjust it accordingly. Give them your email address and invoice number and all should be well. You will need to contact Customer Service department.

When you renew they should AUTOMATICALLY do this and one should not have to call and do it. They don't expect you to see what is done and guess who makes the profit? Me or McAfee?
