Is there a way to customize the webHeldesk interface so that I can limit what the helpdesk can and cannot do? i would like to remove a couple of options such as "bypas Preboot Authentication" etc. Any help will be appreciated

5.1.9 the WebHelpdesk uses our built in Webserver, so sure, you could edit the HTML pages in the "web" folder and just remove those lines if you wanted?
Be sure though to make sure everyone knows you have customised the pages, or you'll cause our support guys a lot of headaches if you ever call in asking where they went - perhaps add your own logo to the page, or text...
