    "The old Error Message"

      I'm trying to use the STANDALONE, & this same message keeps popping up.  What do I need to do to keep from seeing this message again?

          Let us know  when this problem started
          Please click start – run – type msconfig , In the new window that appears click on the start up tab and uncheck any Mcafee services and restart the computer .

            Hi,

            Can you please provide some information on this : Are we trying to retrieve any data that was previously backed up ? / Is that a pop up that we receive in the computer at start up ?

            Also let us know the following details;

            How many user profiles we have in the computer ?
            Are you the administrator of the computer ?

            Regards,

              For now, it seems to have corrected itself.  It's working ok now, but, IF it start's back again with the same message, I will be letting you all know. Thanks.
