We have recently upgraded our McAfee agents on our workstations to ver. 126.96.36.1990. Since upgrading, several workstations (4%-5%) stop reporting their status or managed features to our ePO server. We have to reload the agent using clientcontrol.exe and removing the registry entries
HKLM\Software\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Agent /v AgentGUID /f
HKLM\Software\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Agent\Keys /f
Once we do this, we reload the agent frame package and the agent reports its status correctly with no additional intervention. Is this a known issue, and if so, what can be done to make them talk without having to hit each box individually? We have tried the collect and send props and forcing updates to the AV piece through the Virus Scan console.
