100 Percent CPU issue on SG560U on firmware 4.0.7

I just purchased and installed a UTM SG560U. The default firmware was 4.05, and I upgraded to 4.07. Upon configuring the unit I have had an issue with a constant 100% CPU usage on the unit with approx 35% user and 65% kernel. It is causing the internet to run extremently slow an I cannot seem to find out what is causing the issue. If I reboot the unit it will start with a low CPU and then climb to 100% as soon as the internet is used (i could be wrong about this - it may just climb to 100% by itself). I have disabled any non-essential firewall rules, removed any services that are not essential, and removed the DMZ VLAN. So it is just running as a Router with Port B and Switch A (one port only). I do not have any VPN tunnels configured on this either.

I have attached the Support txt file to this thread for anyone to check. This is driving me nuts. I have used SG300, 310, 565, and 580s on many occasions but this is the first time I have had an issue and it is with a 560???

I cannot seem to get any results through telnet or SSH using the CPU or TOP commands. The only one that seems to work is ps as below.

      Please help!!!
