Dev has confirmed and validated a workaround for this issue. Together we have created an FAQ with a tool that should resolve the issue. I have tested this and it has worked for me. Please click the link to the FAQ and follow the steps. It is recomended that you close all other applications before running the tool.
The article was put together rather quickly so the steps in the article may be rough. If any steps are not clear and or the tool does not work on your system.
Please post in this thread if the tool works or does not work for you. I will pick up work on this issue on Monday May 3rd.
