This is more of a VirusScan question - you might get better results asking in the VSE forum - but at a guess I'd say it's VSE scanning the help files. My first reaction would be uninstall VSE from your machine and reinsall it without the scriptscan component, and see if that helps - that should certainly narrowm it down.
