I recently bought a new laptop and have been told to reinstall Security Centre so I can switch from a trail licence to my existing account.
When installing the software my laptop crashes. I have been told there is a known issue with 64-bit Windows 7 and I should try again in a few days.
Can anyone confirm this and what the current status of the problem is?
Reluctant to just try again as suggested because the first time the problem occurred I needed to replace the laptop!
Sorry for the inconvenience caused in installing the problems, to update you on the status regarding this issue, a patch is been created and we are awaiting for a date for it to be released. I will be updating you on this thread as soon as its released.
