    Blue screen caused by PSG.sys and mfehidk.sys

      Hi,

      When i googled around, i found this relevant thread : https://forums.checkpoint.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=9053&tstart=-1

      I have encountered the blue screen and after analyzed the minidump file, i found this information :

      =====================================================

      BugCheck 10000050, [e7215000, 0, ba0fd67a, 1}

      Could not read faulting friver name

      Unable to load image mfehidk.sys Win32 error 0n2

      ** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mfehidk.sys

      *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for mfehidk.sys

      Probably caused by : PSG.sys ( PSG+567a )

      Followup: Machine Owner

      For information, my current machine is installed with XP SP3. There is also McAfee VirusScan Enterprise installed.

      After googled around, i have found that this might be caused by some conflict with McAfee (mfehidk.sys) :

      Hope that anyone can help me troubleshoot this issue, since it's causing blue screen almost frequently

      Thanks for your help
