    Spam goes around  the filter?

         I work in an office that serves two separate orgainizations.  All our mail comes to a single computer using MS Outlook Express but is divided into folders using the mail rules.  Both of these accounts must use SSL port 995.  All mail coming into the Inbox is filtered for SPAM but anything sent to my sub-folders by the mail rules is not filtered.  I have read what I could find in the FAQ's and they seem to indicate that mail delivered to port 995 is processed by the mail rules first and SPAM filtering second.


      So how do I do both?


      I want this mail filtered because I get piles of spam but I also need to separate the mail that belongs to each organization into its own mailbox.


      Is there a workaround to this?
