That's not really a database inconistency, the problem is the way (if I'm right) McAfee Agent collects VSE properties.
You should be using at least MA 22.214.171.1244 to be sure that agents are working as expected and be also sure you have latest extensions for VSE and MA.
If you're already using this MA version try to re-deploy an agent over one of thee machines and look at the results of the wakeup cal to se if the data is now ok or not
That solved the issue for MA. Anyway I would prefer not to re-deploy the agent. That can take a lot from the traffic statistics and just to update that dashboard.
schedule your agents to run an agent wake up call and return full props. Full props usually fixes that problem.
