I am actually requesting at the moment to become part of the private beta program as i want to roadmap the possible use of it in a customer environment, so i would be interested to find out the nitty gritty details of what its capabilities will be. few days left before the year ends and still version 8 not yet released. Is it still protected for Q4?
There are other posts on this topic. Last information I have seen is that it is on target, just like VSE 8.8 is... (PS - "a few days" isn't correct... There are 19 days left in Q4 according to my calendar)
Thanks for the response. Yes as you said, still there are 18 days to wait for the new releases. Hope to see major performance improvement because current versions are slowing down clients sharply. Neighbor company changed to Trend Micro because of this as well as virus catch rate.
