I believe that's related to scan timeouts. I'll move this over to the ePO community for confirmation.
Drill down and view the eventID- more than likely theres are a combo of benign alerts 105x's - Unable to scan password protect or Scan timed out for exmple. You can set your event filtering on ePO server config to ignore these or set a daily purge task or something to blow them away.
Yes the Event Description is Scan Timed Out, however I already excluded those files not to be scaned. As I further check on one of the system I found out that the agent was not properly install it should be C:\Program Files\McAfee\Common Framework not c:\Program Files\Network Associates\Common Framework. I think I already figured out how to solve this problem
