There should not be a problem with ToPS and IE as IE is the source you would use to install the TPS in the first place.
May I know which version of IE you are using and which version of TPS have you installed ?
I do not know the exact version but I am having the issue with versions of IE7 and IE8. I dont know if you have access to the Gold Support case files but my case number is 3-859021353.
I do not have access to the Case files. However, I would like to make a suggestion here.
It might be helpful for you to fix the .dll files of the Internet Explorer and then see if the problem still persists.
