Firstly the most recent DAT is 5942 so please confirm that the issue still occurs with the most recent update.
If you are still having a problem:
The process to follow with a potential false detection is documented here - however if you are a corporate user with a valid support contract you can use the new corporate submission portal, details for usage can be found here - using the latter option is preferred as a service request will be generated at the same time as the file is submitted.
Using webimmune to submit a possible false detection is not recommended.
