    Agents not reporting back correctly

      We are rolling out Patch 3 for agent 4.5 at the moment (with epo 8.7) and getting some odd results with the clients.


      90% of the clients are fine but some of the clients are reporting back as having no patch when they have patch 3 installed.  Some clients are reporting correctly but saying Patch 3 failed.  With some of the machines, we force an 'update now' and they don't seem to have any knowledge of the patch at all, ie they just enforce new policies but there is nothing new to enforce!?


      So, I was trying to find out if there is a way of completely reseting the agent.  I have tried reinstalling the agent and VSE which seems to sort the problem, but I don't really want to do this on all the problem machines (100+)


      Any ideas?
