You will need to uninstall the software from the old computer and reboot it. Then run the MCPR removal tool to remove any remnants that Add/Remove programs did not remove under the normal installation and reboot the computer again. I might add you should do this for the new computer as well after doing it for the old computer. Login to your account and redownload your software. Any other problems then you would need to contact customer service and tell them what you have done.
