Launch autodomain user pop-up window for users, until users clicks OK button

Is there a way to launch Autodomain (we are using Vista-EEPC5.24-Autodomain5.24) user pop-up window for users, until users clicks OK (i.e after multiple user logoff and and reboot) ?

      Current scenario:

Autodomain user pop-up window launches for the very first time a user logs into the system. If for some reason user forgets to enter the password for the very first time and logs-off or reboots or closes the window, his EEPC account password will be set to default of "12345" and will not be prompted for password on EEPC enabled system.

      Desired result:

We want Autodomain user pop-up to launch (i.e after multiple logoff/reboots/window closes) for users until they enter somthing in password field and select OK from Autodomain pop-up window.
