    my subscription is veryfied but still can't fix a problem

      My computers and files are not protected, and it tells me to verify my subscription. I do it and it is veryfied however my problem is still not fixed.

      how can i meake it secure? what do I have to do?

          Hi ybbastos,

          Prompts from McAfee SecurityCenter requesting that you verify your subscription can have many causes, including issues with your Internet connection or computer settings. , please follow the steps below in order.    

          1.Check whether the system date & time are set right as per your time zone.

          2. Check and delete if you have any other security software in control panel &  C:/program files & common files .

          3. Click on this link http://us.mcafee.com/apps/agent/tools/ts/ts_getemail_new.asp and check whether the website provides a list of the McAfee products installed on your computer and the account (email address) that used when installing these products are the same.
