What browser(s) and version(s) are you using? Is Windows totally up to date?
The McAfee SecurityCenter and setup files rely on Internet Explorer to if you have any beta version of IE get rid of it and install the latest IE8 from the download site.
If you already have it, go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced and click "Reset", then click Apply and OK and Ok any UAC prompts (Vista/Windows 7).
Close and reopen IE and go to Tools/Manage Add-Ons and re-enable the add-ons.
it's ok. i just did a system restore & it solved the problem. tks anyway!
That's good. Make sure you update everything, Windows and McAfee because System Restore renders things outdated often.
